Environmental Protection UK (EPUK) is leading the Black Carbon Campaign. EPUK is the UK’s oldest environmental charity, established in 1898. It has a strong reputation and history of working with and influencing policy-makers on the issues of air quality, land quality, waste and noise and their effects on people and communities in terms of public health, planning, transport, energy and climate.
